Best Time to Wear TrueDark Daywalker
We recommend using them throughout the day and when you are indoors. They are great for both inside and outside activities but are most effective when you need to filter out harsh, man-made, artificial light. The “junk” light is very common, found in grocery stores, shopping malls, office buildings, watching TV, using a laptop, and your tablet or smartphone.
Twilight – Getting Ready for Bed
The patented TrueDark Twilight is the first and only solution designed to filter out ALL of the sleep-stealing and performance-robbing wavelengths in the evening before bedtime. With over 10 years of research and development behind them, patented TrueDark Twilights have multiple optic filters which block out all wavelengths of the junk light which disrupt your sleep.
