The World Health Organization lists air pollution as the single biggest environmental threat to public health in 2019. Indoor air quality can be as much as 100x worse for people than outdoor air which is of particular concern because we spend 90-95% of our time indoors and because of energy savings initiatives have effectively sealed contaminants in. If you have read our previous blog posts, you will see a common theme simply focusing on eliminating/mitigating stress-causing factors, while implementing habits that give your body energy (create more of an anti-stress within the body’s physiology). The air indoors is simply an environmental stress that we were unaware of for many years. Just like with electromagnetic frequencies, we can’t really see it, touch, or hear it, so we tend not to take it seriously. We think it should be a top priority to anyone wanting to improve their health or help reduce stress-causing factors in his/her life.
There are so many toxins that can be found indoors including; Mold, Fungi, Formaldehyde, Polio, MRSA, Bacteria, Airborne Particulates, MERS-CoV (coronavirus), Viruses, Smoke, Chemical VOCs, VRE, Odors, E. Throw out the plug-in glade scents, Lysol sprays, and anything with a chemical scent to it. If there is a major leak or spill, clean it up immediately so that mold/fungus do not begin to form.

WHY WE SUPPORT HYPOALLERGENIC AIR
We have both invested a lot of money in overpriced air filtration systems that did nowhere near to the effect that Hypoallergenic air filters do.
