  • Crucial for the production of proteins, enzymes, antioxidants (like glutathione), creation of DNA, and RNA.

    Of course I love this product, I never go without it. I actually did go without it for a while because of the price but quickly realized how important it was for mine and my family’s wellness journey. The buy 3 get one free deal helps alot so I always buy 3 of them. We take magnesium most days, and sometimes take a little extra for constipation or during high stress times. I sneak it into my kids water. Give them a shot with juice. We do take time off sometimes, a few days, a week, and it always feels so good to start again and it’s obvious how well the product works. I have so many things to say about this product but I just don’t really have time for a detailed review right now so I’ll just say this; if your on the fence just buy it; you will not regret it. If you feel like crap you will probably feel a million times better after a couple days on MMD, nervous system, digestive system. All the things feel better with bioavailable bubbly carbonated magnesium potassium and sodium.
