I used this product during my pregnancy and now through my postpartum period as a breast-feeding mother, I am so susceptible to hormonal shifts and the effects of those shifts. I used to take supposedly high-quality magnesium capsules and dosed pretty highly on them, but nothing compares to how I feel with this liquid magnesium. It is so much more effective. I pair it with my electrolytes, creatine, liposomal supplements or even just plain water. Helped so much with restless legs, mood, anxiety, hormones, etc. Great product amazing company.!
