    I’m not big on taking a bunch of supplements but this magnesium is a must in my daily routine. I’ve taken it all throughout pregnancy and postpartum and have noticed a difference. During pregnancy I missed a few days and started experiencing leg cramps. I’ve gotten many friends and family members on this stuff! It’s incredible.
