Formulated using a slow CO₂ saturation process, this mineral-rich liquid provides magnesium, potassium, and sodium in their bicarbonate forms—designed for superior absorption without digestive discomfort. Adults take 1/4 oz daily (7.25 ml) diluted in 6-10 oz of fresh juice, water, or milk 30-60 minutes before or after a meal. This is a beginner dosage and highly carbonated. Do not shake. Keep refrigerated around 40-50° F.
