A properly circulated and clean lymphatic system + raw bacteria = true hydration.

Hydration Via the Lymph System & the Lacteal System. Our immune system is technically our Lymph system. The lymph system uses 60-80% fat. The lymph system is a circulatory system that is more complex than the blood and nervous systems. The lymph system is connected to the lacteal system.

A lacteal is a lymphatic capillary that absorbs dietary fats in the villi of the small intestine. Triglycerides are emulsified by bile and hydrolyzed by the enzyme lipase, resulting in a mixture of fatty acids, di- and monoglycerides. The reason why it’s called a lacteal is because it looks like a milky substance. The lacteal will deliver fat into the lymphatic system, which is then distributed to all tissues except for the bloodstream (every cell of the body).

The lymphatic system is responsible for neutralizing and removing toxins in the body. Suppose the lymphatic system is hardened and congested. In that case, you should avoid going too deep/hard with massage or trigger points and stick to guasha. A true lymphatic massage is very light.

Tonsils protect the brain and tongue by secreting lymphatic fluid. The lymphatic system dumps waste under the skin. Aajonus states that when the lymph system is stagnated, the blood has to pick up the slack of what the lymph system is supposed to be doing. According to him, this brings the blood’s energy delivery (oxygen delivery) from 100% to 33%.

Whether the bacteria are eating blueberries or milk, their waste is always the color of milk. When that waste is absorbed in the intestines, it’s called lacteal. The system that collects it is called the lacteal system, a network of very complex spider webs connecting to the intestines. All that milky fluid is absorbed and transported to the lymphatic system in the lacteal.

The lymphatic system bacteria breaks it down even further into a translucent substance. This slightly milky, translucent substance feeds every cell in the body except for the red and white blood cells.

It is essential to understand that more bacteria = more hydration, literally. Food moves down into the bowel, and the same thing occurs. However, the bacteria in the colon contain a different family and nature than those in the small intestines, which is why they are separated. The bacteria in the colon break down the food into the finite molecules that feed the brain and the nervous system.

“If you have somebody in the family, a child, whatever, who doesn’t have good mental function, they do not have the bacteria in the colon. You may have to take some raw butter, raw cream, and raw coconut cream and infuse that in their colon so they receive fresh, whole fats.” – Aajonus Vonderplanitz, PhD
