What options do you have for managing my subscriptions?
Changing or managing your subscription is easy. Just log into your account and click My Subscriptions. From there, you can manage your subscriptions. Among the options for subscriptions are cancellation, suspension (suspension until renewal), skipping next payments, shipping now and keeping your regular schedule, shipping now and rescheduling from today, renewing now, editing details, adding products, changing payment dates, auto-renewal, paying with gift card balance, and changing your address and payment method.
Can you answer medical questions related to your products or guides?
Unfortunately, we are not able to give out any medical advice. The information Mitigate Stress provides is presented for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition, nor to prevent, treat, mitigate or cure such conditions.

When should I take your products?
If you are new to these supplements, please download and implement our Hydration Guide before trying our products. Once you feel ready to begin supplementing, start slow and work your way up to the full dose over a few weeks to months depending on your body’s needs and reactions.
Will I experience detox symptoms with any of your products.
It is possible to experience detox symptoms when using our supplements for the first time. These detox symptoms may include headaches, loose stool, nausea, fatigue, etc. If you experience any of these symptoms, take a break and use it transdermally while you build foundational food habits and review other stressors in your life. Re-visit use a couple weeks later and start with half of the dose you were taking before.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
We have customers and people that have taken our supplements or similar ones while pregnant, but we always encourage you to talk with your midwife, practitioner or holistic physician beforehand.
Are your products safe for kids?
We have customers and people that give these supplements to there kids as young as two, but we always encourage you to talk with your practitioner or holistic physician beforehand.
What is the shelf life of your magnesium bicarbonate?
Our magnesium bicarbonate products have a shelf life of 2 years unopened and recommended consumption within 6 months of opening.
How to I skip or cancel a subscription?
If you need to make changes to your subscription, you can do so in your account. Once signed in, you will see Subscriptions in your account page. If you have any active subscriptions, you will see options to edit, suspend, or cancel your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, refunds for the product minus shipping are allowed within 30 days of purchase no questions asked.
What's the difference between the 8oz. and 32 oz. Magnesium?
They are both magnesium bicarbonate. Our 32oz and 8oz go through a 5-day Co2 slow drip saturation process. The MMD Travel was created to reach our international customers, make a more portable option, and allow for easier dosing for beginners.
Why does it say preorder only for your magnesium supplements?
Our magnesium is made fresh. If the website says preorder instead of add to cart, that means we are making a new batch. Even though it says preorder, your order will be ready to ship 1-3 days after your order is placed.
Why are there crystals floating in my drink?
Our magnesium is made with an oversaturation of minerals. Any excess of minerals will show as crystals in the bottom of the bottle. This is not the same as unconverted magnesium, which would show as cloudy. The liquid is fully converted. You can strain the crystals out and use them on the skin or in a bath.
What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Please note that we are a small team and may have limited availability outside of these hours. We will do our best to respond to any inquiries or issues you may have as quickly as possible, answering emails in the order received. We want to ensure that every customer receives the attention and support they deserve, and we’re committed to addressing your needs as promptly as possible.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally to most countries. Shipping normally takes around 16 days and the average cost is between $20-$30 for packages weighing <2lbs and $35-$45 for packages weighing between 2-4 lbs. Please note that this is only an estimate, though. Any customs charges will not be covered by us, and we do not have any say in how much your country charges for customs.
Where is my package?
If you have not received your package but the tracking says delivered, please wait a few business days. We have noticed USPS has been marking packages delivered a day or two before the package actually shows up at our customers’ doorsteps. If you don’t see your package in the next few business days, please contact us to let us know the order number for the items you are missing and confirm your address so we can send you a replacement.
My order arrived broken.
If your order arrives broken, please contact us. We will need you to confirm your order number and the name and address so we can send a replacement. Also, please attach any pictures of the damaged item(s) so we can process a claim with the shipping company.
I need to order for my vacation.
Please be advised that if you are ordering products for a vacation, double check your order before placing it. If you are needing to be quoted for expedited shipping, please contact us at [email protected] before purchasing. Sometime shipping issues are out of our control, and we can’t guarantee arrival before your vacation date. We will send you tracking so you can be aware of where your packages are at all times.
