The magnesium bath is a staple in my household, I have Been using it for several years now. It helps me sleep better all the time but especially when I am Pregnant. I am Currently 36weeks pregnant with my second baby and haven’t had 1 leg cramp! My first baby is almost 2 and has slept through the night since he was 3 weeks old and I believe it partially has to do with the fact that I took magnesium baths almost daily while I was pregnant with him. He now takes his own magnesium baths and still to this day sleeps so great. I Highly recommend this product!
First, shipping was crazy fast. I placed an order and it was shipped in 2 hours. I also had a bottle of the magnesium bath leak in the mail and customer service was great in helping! I love taking Epsom salt baths, so I was excited to try this. I feel very relaxed when using this product and was even happy to see that my skin looked better after a soak — tighter, softer, and almost glowing — and I wasn’t expecting that. Absolutely love this product. I find it makes a huge difference in my sleep and wellbeing. I notice more of a difference with this than from taking the mineral drink orally. Has been wonderful for pregnancy and I’m planning to use for a water birth.
