It has ended my chronic dehydration, made my leg cramps totally go away, and best of all I was dealing with reflux and benefited from the fact that magnesium taken with meals greatly dilutes stomach acid and so for me it was a life changer. My wheezing and coughing (side effects from reflux) have also stopped. No more elevating my bed or sleeping upright! . I cant tolerate prescription acid reducers as they are very hard on the stomach but taken with meals and sipping while snacking the Master Mineral drink has stopped my reflux completely! If you need help with digestion take it on an empty stomach.
